1. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment gateways integrated on beinvented.co.in.
  • Billing Cycle:
    • Basic Membership: Billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
    • Pro Membership: Billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
  • Automatic Renewal: Both Basic and Pro Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize beinvented.co.in and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for membership fees and applicable taxes.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is declined, access to membership content may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You will be notified to update your payment information.
  • Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes such as GST or VAT will be added to your membership fees as required by law and displayed during checkout.

2. Refund Policy

  • General Refund Terms:
    Refunds are considered only within the specified refund window from the date of purchase and are subject to the percentage of course content accessed.
  • Basic Membership Refunds:
    • Eligible for a refund if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be granted if more than 10% of course content has been accessed or used.
  • Pro Membership Refunds:
    • Eligible for a refund if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of course content, live sessions, or premium resources have been accessed or used.
  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Any fees paid for completed billing cycles, late cancellation fees (if applicable), or promotional offers marked as non-refundable are excluded from refunds.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted by contacting [our email address] within the refund window.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Chargebacks and Disputes:
    • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact with support may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period unless a refund is approved under the refund policy.
  • After cancellation, access to membership content will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified.
